This 4-week group class is designed for pet parents with dogs that are at least 4 months old.
This course is co-instructed by Kaila de Valle (an experienced + certified groomer) AND our certified trainer! This class is best for friendly dogs, no prior training necessary.
We focus on techniques and skills for more enjoyable and relaxed grooming visits plus how to maintain your dog’s coat + nails in between sessions!

Learn skills to prepare your dog for every step of the grooming process: bathing, drying, handling, nail trims, and being comfortable on the grooming table + bathtub.

Discuss canine body language to be able to interpret and support your dog’s emotional state.
Requirements & Information
All dogs must be up to date on DHLPP + rabies vaccinations prior to the first class and all age appropriate boosters. Vaccination records will need to be submitted before the initial class.
Dogs will not be permitted into class sessions if they have had recent diarrhea, vomiting, wheezing, sneezing, or coughing until cleared by a veterinarian.
If your dog is showing signs of significant stress, fear, or reactivity, please contact our certified trainer to discuss a more tailored private training program for counterconditioning + desensitization.
